Description:A rather strange tale about Mayu Otsuka, a liaison officer for the fourth Foreign Affairs Department of the Japanese National Police Agency. Mayu becomes involved with Hei and the others after they are tasked to find a missing numerical password which was stolen by an unknown contractor. As events unfold it appears that Mayu is developing feelings for Hei. However, she is not the only member of the department to have relationship issues, as Kirihara well knows.
